[EN] Start-up Development Through \u201cDeeptech Accelerator\u201d \u2013 Acceleration Program Run by the Podkarpackie Centrum Innowacji.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

EnduroFiber Sp. z o.o. is implementing the project \u201cMetallized optical fibers for extreme industrial applications\u201d as part of the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021\u20132027 Program, Measure 2.28 Startup Booster Poland, \u201cSector Agnostic\u201d path.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The project has received financial support from the European Union.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The aim of the project is to develop and launch a prototype technological line for the metallization of optical fibers intended for use in high-temperature environments and to verify the parameters of the technological process.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The following activities are carried out as part of the project:
– project validation and preparation for purchases,
– construction of the base structure of the production line,
– assembly of the rewinder and integration of drives and controls,
– assembly of production equipment and testing of the fiber metallization process,
– process optimization and production of a pilot batch.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The target group of the project are industrial companies, measurement system integrators, and entities developing sensing solutions for operation in high temperatures and harsh environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The project will result in the launch of a prototype line for fiber optic metallization and the preparation of the product for further market implementation. The result will be the ability to manufacture metallized optical fibers for industrial applications requiring increased temperature resistance.<\/p>\n

Celem projektu jest opracowanie i uruchomienie prototypowej linii technologicznej do metalizacji \u015bwiat\u0142owod\u00f3w przeznaczonych do pracy w \u015brodowiskach wysokotemperaturowych oraz weryfikacja parametr\u00f3w procesu technologicznego.<\/div>\n

– walidacja projektu i przygotowanie do zakup\u00f3w,<\/div>\n
– budowa bazowej konstrukcji linii produkcyjnej,<\/div>\n
– monta\u017c przewijarki oraz integracja nap\u0119d\u00f3w i sterowania,<\/div>\n
– monta\u017c osprz\u0119tu produkcyjnego i testy procesu metalizacji w\u0142\u00f3kien,<\/div>\n
– optymalizacja procesu i wykonanie partii pilota\u017cowej.<\/div>\n

Grup\u0105 docelow\u0105 projektu s\u0105 przedsi\u0119biorstwa przemys\u0142owe, integratorzy system\u00f3w pomiarowych oraz podmioty rozwijaj\u0105ce rozwi\u0105zania sensingowe do pracy w warunkach wysokiej temperatury i trudnych warunkach \u015brodowiskowych.<\/div>\n

Efektem projektu b\u0119dzie uruchomienie prototypowej linii do metalizacji \u015bwiat\u0142owod\u00f3w oraz przygotowanie produktu do dalszego wdro\u017cenia rynkowego. Rezultatem b\u0119dzie mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 wytwarzania metalizowanych \u015bwiat\u0142owod\u00f3w przeznaczonych do zastosowa\u0144 przemys\u0142owych wymagaj\u0105cych podwy\u017cszonej odporno\u015bci temperaturowej.<\/div>\n
